Yuchai Yuping: Declaring war with Yu is not only government responsibility, but also requires the participation of all citizens

On March 5, 2014, the second meeting of the Twelfth National People's Congress was held in Beijing. In this year's government work report, it is proposed to declare war on the haze. In an interview with the media, the National People's Congress representative and chairman of Yuchai Group’s board of directors Yu Ping said that the government, enterprises and individuals have the responsibility to take measures to participate in the “war”.

Yuchai Group Chairman Zhang Ping

Junping analyzed the necessity of advancing green development from China's commitment to energy conservation and emission reduction. He said that China’s current emission reduction commitment is to reduce its carbon intensity per unit of GDP by 40 to 45% on the basis of 2005 in 2020, while the government’s GDP growth target is to double the per capita GDP in 2020 than in 2010. Both total emissions and per capita emissions will continue to grow. Therefore, no matter what kind of plan is used to allocate the global carbon budget, there will not be enough carbon emission space to replicate the industrialization patterns of developed countries in the past.

Luan Ping said that at present, green development is already a general trend. Enterprises must have a foothold in the international community. It must be a company with a sense of social responsibility and an enterprise that respects the environment, promotes community development, and promotes the development of people. Therefore, the government and enterprises must promote the development of green manufacturing and the production of green products. Only in this way can they obtain "admission tickets" for participating in international competition.

As for how to control air pollution? Fuping cited the views of the academic community that, as far as the entire North China region is concerned, the burning of coal, including coal-fired power plants, heating plants, iron and steel, cement, and other heavy industries, is the first source of emissions to burn coal and tail gas. In individual cities, motor vehicle emissions may also be the first source of emissions.

Fuping believes that first, to change the current energy structure, we should gradually change the structure of coal in China's energy consumption, promote the development of clean energy such as nuclear energy, solar energy, and natural gas energy, and reduce air pollution; Second, we must strengthen the elimination of backward production capacity. In particular, we will strengthen the elimination of some high-energy-consuming and high-emission enterprises, strengthen mergers and reorganizations, increase the level of energy use, and reduce pollution emissions. Third, we will innovate emission management. At present, our country has established a carbon emissions exchange in Shenzhen. This has a very positive significance for controlling corporate emissions. Fourth, it is necessary to strengthen joint efforts to promote the improvement of fuel quality, engine emission technologies, new energy power development, and the elimination of old motor vehicles, and strictly implement diesel engines. Emission standards of EMU IV; Fifth, it is necessary to strengthen the promotion and implementation of the concept of environmental protection, vigorously develop a convenient, reliable, and inexpensive public transport system, build and improve a smooth bus priority road and rail transit network, and at the same time, change through market-based measures. The public’s preference for private car use encourages citizens to give priority to Bus travel.

Different from Ultrasonic Heat Counters,The Smart Heat Meters are used for heat and cold energy calculation through the water. The smart Heat Meters can display the accumulated heat, flow rate, instant flow rate, inlet water temperature, outlet water temperature, temperature difference and etc.

The smart heat meter is suitable for measuring the heat exchange, known as the heat transfer fluid or liquid absorbing thermal energy conversion equipment, which consists of a flow sensor, temperature sensor and heat calculator(Heat Meter Counters) three parts. The smart heat meters are also known as smart energy meters.

The smart heat meter is used to measure and display the water flow through the heat exchange system release or absorb heat. The smart heat meters are installed at the inlet pipe or outlet pipe to measure accurate metering and intelligent control of charges of the heat consumption. Its working principle is to install the smart heat meters in the heat exchange system, when water flows through the system, according to the supply and return water flow temperature, from the data from the flow sensors and temperature sensor as well as the water flow time, the smart heat meter will calculate the released and absorbed energy through the calculator.
