The Quality Supervision, Inspection and Testing Center of the Ministry of Agriculture is a professional agricultural machinery testing institution authorized by the Ministry of Agriculture and certified by the National Metrology. In 1996, it passed the “double certification†review by the Ministry of Agriculture. In 2001, it passed the “double certification†review and review. Since its establishment, the “Center†has won and completed 8 national and local agricultural mechanization projects. Among them, there are 3 selections and census items for the Ministry of Agriculture, 3 instruments development projects, and 2 local agricultural mechanization projects. Hosted or participated in the formulation of 7 national agricultural industry standards such as “Quality of Film-laying Machine†and “Quality Specification for Disc Harrow Operation†and 11 local standards such as “grass crusher†and “loose machineâ€, and participated in the formulation. There are 5 national standards and 1 mechanical industry standard such as "S-type elastic teeth for agricultural machinery soil working parts: test method". Among these projects, 2 were awarded the Science and Technology Progress Award of the Provincial Agricultural Machinery Bureau, and 1 was awarded the 2nd Prize of the Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fishery Harvest Award of the Provincial Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Department. All others passed the appraisal and acceptance of relevant departments.
In the three-day intensive review work, the “Double Certification†review expert group of the Ministry of Agriculture adhered to the scientific and rigorous work attitude, and the six departments from the personnel organization, quality system, equipment, testing work, report records, environmental facilities, etc. On the other hand, it has carried out a serious and meticulous assessment.
