Five options were tested. In order to make the test reliable, a large number of test fixtures and instruments were produced, and PLC logic program control and pneumatic system were configured to solve the key technical problems of the steel ball and the isolation block entering the raceway through the ball-filling port. After more than half a year and more than 50 trials, it was finally successful.

Taking the assembly of 13/8-inch steel balls and supporting spacers as an example, the use of this assembly technology saves 50% of the time compared to manual manual assembly. The test results prove that the ball slewing automatic assembly technology has the advantages of high efficiency, low cost and strong assembly precision. What's more gratifying is that based on this technology, the combination of automatic quantitative grease injection and multi-parameter detection is realized.
