The method of removing acid: first open the front cover of the instrument, the instrument alarms, prompting that the front cover of the instrument is opened, find a small magnet and put it on the front contact of the instrument, press the Enter key on the panel, and the front cover is closed by default. Select the function of the instrument to fill the titrator, and after the titrator piston moves up and stop; then select the titrator to empty, and the titrator piston moves down. Repeat 3 to 5 times. The old acid will be replaced by the new acid.
2. Replacement of the rubber head During the distillation process, the hot lye will corrode the rubber head of the distillation device. After long-term use, the contact between the rubber head and the digestive tube will not be airtight, resulting in leakage of free amine and affecting the measurement results.
